Returns and Cancellations
Return Policy: Our customers can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Product Condition: Returned small appliances must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging intact. All components, accessories, and instruction manuals should be included. Items should show no signs of wear, use, or damage.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes after being placed by contacting us directly at info@blendelectric.com. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Information: Upon approval of your refund request, the amount will be credited back to your original payment account excluding any shipping fees incurred. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used but typically occur within 1 to 2 business days. If there is a delay beyond this period please reach out to us at info@blendelectric.com.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective upon arrival we’ll gladly replace it or provide a refund if notified within 30 days from the delivery date without any cost to you for such returns.
Should an item returned not match the claimed condition (e.g., damaged differently than stated), we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back at your expense.

In cases where products are defective due to our error we may ask for visual proof such as unpacking videos or detailed photos during contact via email; keep these until issues are fully resolved.
We will promptly dispatch replacements for missing parts identified post-delivery within 1-2 working days once confirmed; re-delivery costs will be covered by us.
Unwanted Items:
For items you wish to return because they’re not what was expected in terms of preference satisfaction returns need to meet new unused conditions along with all original manufacturer packaging; associated postage costs fall under customer responsibility while no restocking fee applies from our side.
